This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, reserve products or make a purchase from www.farmfreshweb.com or any of our affiliated websites and apps, and our social media pages, such as the product pages we create for farmers, our farmers market shopping app, our farmers app, and our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram pages, etc.  (the “Sites”.)  If you are a vendor (farmer, artisan or other similar user) this Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, list products, post marketing messages or take orders using www.farmfreshweb.com or any of our affiliated websites and apps, as well as our social media pages, such as the product pages we create for farmers, our farmers market shopping app, our farmers app, and our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram pages, etc.  (the “Sites”.)

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Sites, where we can, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Sites, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Sites, and information about how you interact with the Sites. If you use our “farmers app” or related apps or site, when you login through Facebook, Google, Twitter or another service, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address and – when available – your user content on the service you gave use permission for (e.g. Facebook).  We refer to this information as “User Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information and User Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Sites (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to the products or services we list.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Sites (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We use the User Information that we collect generally to show you posts you created on social media in context with posts you created elsewhere, such as in our farmers app. Additionally, we use this User Information to:

Allow you to edit your posts and re-post the edited content;

Help you improve and optimize your content (for example, by generating analytics about your posts and subsequent customer purchase behavior).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may add additional 3rd parties to help with communicating with you. If we do, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Sites, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.  We will delete any User Information when you either (a) revoke the permissions you granted to us through the related service (e.g. Facebook) or (b) when you request us to.

MINORS

The Sites are not intended for individuals under the age of sixteen.

CHANGES
